Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods, launches, or seasonal promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Tracked Delivery (where available): 2–5 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery method.

Supplier Fulfilment

Some Moon & Oak products are shipped directly from trusted supplier partners. This means that:

  • Delivery times may vary slightly between products

  • Items ordered together may arrive separately

  • Certain handcrafted or made-to-order products may require additional preparation time

We always aim to provide tracking details where available.

International Shipping

At this time, Moon & Oak currently ships does internationally.

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information via email once the order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or high-volume periods are outside our control.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Moon & Oak cannot accept responsibility for orders lost due to incorrect customer information.

Lost, Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  • Photos (if damaged)

  • Description of the issue
